Job summary

Bally's Lincoln Twin River - Bally's Tiverton Twin River is seeking an experienced Bar Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day bar operations, assist in staffing, train bartenders on POS and company rules, and uphold state regulations. The role supports guest service, handles guest and employee issues, assists with inventory and payroll tools, and ensures adherence to policies.

Nights and weekends are required in a fast-paced gaming environment.

Job description

• Assists Managers in overseeing the day-to-day operations of all bars
• Assist in managing the schedule in accordance with the appropriate staffing levels
• Train bartenders on point-of-sale system, company rules and regulations
• Inform bartenders of new company rules and state laws
• Investigate and manage guest complaints or employee issues
• Working with bartenders to maintain the highest level of customer service
• Gathering information from guest and bartenders on new products requested
• Assistance with monthly inventory
• Monitor beverage staff on proper service
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Assist with maintaining payroll solution E-time on a weekly basic to ensure appropriate
• employee clock in and clock out
• Have working knowledge of point-of-sale system front and back of house
• Keep abreast of promotion and adjust personal levels to accommodate added guests
• Have working knowledge of union contact

Physical/Mental Requirements:

• Able to work nights, overnights and all weekends and be flexible with schedule frequently
• Ability to work at a fast pace for up to 12 hr. shifts occasionally
• Able to train with many different personalities constantly
