Overview

Under the direction of the Manager, the Supervisor Respiratory Care co‑manages and coordinates the unit and supervises functions and activities. Interprets policies, procedures, protocols, standards and regulations as appropriate. Performs duties in any respiratory capacity as needed. Demonstrates proficiency in delivering care to assigned age‑specific patient populations (e.g., infants, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, pediatrics) and participates in related continuing education.

Required Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Care Program.
• Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License (upon hire).
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire).
• National Provider ACLS – American Heart Association (within 90 days of hire).
• National Provider PALS – American Heart Association (within 90 days of hire).
• 5 years clinical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3 years management‑level experience.
