Job summary

Regional One Health is seeking a Supervisor, Respiratory Care to lead daily operations on the assigned shift. The role ensures smooth, compliant care delivery through staff orientation and ongoing training, and enforces established guidelines during all respiratory care activities.

The supervisor will support budgeting decisions and staffing plans while evaluating staff performance annually to promote continuous improvement in patient care.

Qualifications

• Supervisory and leadership experience in a respiratory care setting.
• Ability to manage shift operations and staffing plans.
• Experience developing and delivering staff education and orientation.

Responsibilities
