JOB SUMMARY

The Supervisor, Respiratory Care is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling activities and operations on the assigned shift in Respiratory Care.

• Develops and implements processes through orientation, training, and education to ensure that the competence of all staff members is assessed, maintained, improved, and demonstrated throughout their employment.


• Is responsible for ensuring shift operations run smoothly and efficeiently within the established guidelines set by Regional One Health.


• Assists the manager and director in the annual budget process and staffing decisions.


• Evaluates performance of staff annually.
