Job summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking an individual to oversee the Grace Medical Center Residential Program, combining direct care supervision with administrative duties. The role emphasizes coordinating care, ensuring program standards, and supporting residents within the Grace Medical Center Residential Program.

The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of experience, holds CPRP or CRC certification, and has a bachelor's degree in a related field. Maryland driver’s license and BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must have CPRP or CRC certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Rehabilitation, Human Services or related major required.
• LMSW/LGPC preferred.
• 3 years of experience required with 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have valid Maryland Driver's License and be cleared by Fleet Safety.
• Must have active/valid BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Flexibility is required for on-call purposes.

Summary

This position oversees the direct care/ the residential supervisor and administrative functions of the Grace Medical Center Residential Program.

Experience

Credentials

• Must have one of the following: Certified through the United States Psychiatric Rehabilitation Association (PRA) as a Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) or Certified through the Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) as a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC).
• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Rehabilitation, Human Services or related major required.
• LMSW/LGPC preferred.
• 3 years of experience required with 1 year of experience working in a supervisory capacity preferred.
• Must have valid Maryland Driver's License and be able to be cleared by our Fleet Safety office.
• Must have active/valid BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Flexibility is required at times for on-call purposes.

Pay Range

$31.94 to $47.91 Based On Experience
