This position is responsible for all aspects of rehab care and the supervision of PT and OT staff. Being a Rehabilitation Supervisor includes providing consultation to and monitoring the performance of the Rehabilitation staff. Will interact, coordinate, and facilitate activities with all disciplines, departments, and appropriate regulatory agencies. **Minimum Requirements*** Graduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy (Doctorate in PT- Preferred) or in Occupational Therapy required.* Doctorate in OT–Preferred.* Minimum 5 years of clinical experience in an area where a license is required.* Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a Healthcare environment is required.* A current license in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy issued by the State of California Physical Therapy Board is required.* Geriatric experience (ex., Acute Care, Skilled Nursing) as required by CMS PACE regulations.* Experience in Interdisciplinary team environments is highly desirable.* A minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.**Compensation**$111,216.27 - $139,020.34 annually**Compensation Disclaimer**Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
