Tenet North Cal in Diablo, California seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Observation Supervisor for the night shift to coordinate care in the Med Surg/Telemetry unit.

Reporting to the Nursing Director, you will guide staff on the designated shift, ensure patient care aligns with age and clinical needs, and collaborate with staffing to meet patient demand. California RN license, BLS, ACLS, and CPI training are required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Completion of BSN preferred
• Current California RN license
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (AHA)
• Current ACLS certification (AHA)
• CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training within 3 months of hire/transfer

Responsabilités

• Coordinate staff during the designated night shift to ensure safe patient care.
• Assess unit staffing needs and work with the staffing coordinator and Nursing Director to meet patient demand.
• Oversee patient care appropriate to age and developmental level; supervise Observation unit activities.
