Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years acute care/telemetry experience.
• Current California RN license.
• Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (AHA).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA).
• CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Training within 3 months of hire/ transfer.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate services of staff to patients during the night shift.
• Assess patient care needs across the unit and age groups.
• Collaborate with staffing coordinator, Nurse Director, and Administrative Nursing Supervisor to meet patient needs.
• Utilize nursing process to ensure appropriate patient care.
