Southwest Airlines is seeking a Ramp Supervisor to lead a team of Ramp Agents and ensure aircraft arrive and depart on schedule. You will guide the team, enforce safety rules, and keep ground equipment ready for use while coordinating training and daily reports.

Pay of $36.00 to $37.50 per hour*, depending on qualifications and experience. Opportunities for overtime and shift premiums. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.

Want to lead a Team that keeps planes moving safely and on time? Ramp Supervisors at Southwest Airlines manag e Ramp Agents and make sure aircraft arrive and depart on schedule. They guide the Team, check that safety rules are followed, and keep equipment ready for use. Supervisors also handle scheduling, training, and daily reports. They work with other Airport Operations Teams to solve problems and share updates. This role is great for someone who enjoys leading People and helping Southwest deliver safe, efficient, and on-time service every day.
The Supervisor Ramp works assigned shifts based on seniority. Shifts can include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
