Castelion seeks a dedicated nightshift R&D supervisor to lead a growing team of technicians in support of the Blackbeard program, ensuring on-time flight deliverables and rapid staffing growth.

You will manage up to 30 technicians across multiple disciplines, hire and develop staff, oversee shop-floor activity, and drive continuous process improvement while aligning with LRIP production goals and security requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or lead technician role.
• Intimate knowledge of MES software.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the majority of nightshift technicians across multiple disciplines at Castelion.
• Hire and develop a team of technicians in support of Castelion LRIP production goals.
• Supervise shop floor activity, including daily schedules and work flow.
• Lead and manage a staff of up to 30 technicians, including performance management.
• Ensure all required skillsets are adequately sourced on the R&D team.
• Maintain tooling and consumable inventory
• Identify and develop training as required from the skills matrix
• Track and execute on deliverables out of the R&D shop.
• Continuous process improvement.
