Description

The Supervisor for Utilization Management plays a crucial role in leading, facilitating, and managing the hospital utilization management program in the Washington - NW Region. This position involves assisting in patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of appropriate services and resources to achieve optimal outcomes. The UM Supervisor supports the Washington NWR Director of Care Management by providing ongoing assessment and evaluation of hospital activities.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • Experience in healthcare administration and/or healthcare services delivery.
  • Utilization Management/Review experience.
  • Experience with diverse patient populations and care delivery models.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Nursing.
  • Progressively responsible supervisory experience.
