Job summary

MultiCare Health System in the United States seeks a Supervisor of Quality Metrics to lead a team of data quality abstractors and coordinators. This remote role focuses on timeliness, accuracy, regulatory compliance, reporting, and training within the cancer registry and related quality programs.

You will act as the program SME, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment with CoC standards and national reporting requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Certification in specialty area (RHIT, RHIA, ODS, CMP) required.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in healthcare information management or healthcare quality data abstraction.
  • Minimum 5 years managing large regulatory/quality data sets (ex: CMS/TJC core measures, cancer registry, cardiac registries) from collection through reporting and participation in process improvement.
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $72,384.00 - $104,208.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
