We are currently seeking a Quality Supervisor (Inspection) for our Macomb, MI Location. This role will require an individual that is comfortable in a high paced dynamic and challenging environment. This role will report directly to the Site Quality Manager. The acceptable candidate will have strong knowledge of Quality Inspection and Engineering. Shall be capable of reading and interpreting customer blueprints. Has advanced manufacturing knowledge of the techniques, tools, principles, and procedures involved in GD&T and precision measurement. Shall manage and supervise the site quality inspectors (20+ employees, days and night shift). Ensure the site maintains the Quality manual that documents the written procedures,and other documentation necessary to support the development, implementation, maintenance, and control of the TGSM Quality System. Additionally, this leader will be a strong people-oriented engaging professional who can work with minimal direction, has strong interpersonal skills, and has the ability to successfully collaborate across organizations and functions. This leader will also be self-motivated and have a strong passion for Quality.
