Southwest Airlines is seeking a Supervisor Provisioning in Florida. You will lead the provisioning team to ensure snacks, drinks, and supplies are ready for every flight, driving on-time performance and customer satisfaction. You will coach staff, manage inventory, and uphold safety and compliance standards across shifts.
The role requires U.S. citizenship or authorized work status, with eligibility rules for internal movement and relocation.

Pay of $36.00 to $37.50 per hour*, depending on qualifications and experience. Opportunities for overtime and shift premiums. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the Company.

The Supervisor Provisioning works assigned shifts based on seniority. Shifts can include early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
