Catalyst Brands in Providence is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team, deliver a best-in-class customer experience, and help operate a visually appealing store. You will contribute to a positive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers every day.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends. It includes benefits such as medical/dental/vision, life insurance, paid vacation/holidays, 401(k)

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• Occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

• Understand and demonstrate product knowledge, selling and operational skills to maximize sales.

Overview

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. You create a positive environment that develops and engages your managers, associates, and customers every day. You love being part of a winning team and you bring your energy to work every day.

The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

Pay Range

USD $18.50/Hr -USD $25.50/Hr.
