Job summary

JCPenney in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Part-Time Supervisor to support the management team and deliver a top customer experience. You will help execute store operations, demonstrate product knowledge, and engage customers to build loyalty.

The role reports to the Store Manager and requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends. You will model company values and lead by example on the selling floor and during POS transactions.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in similar volume, apparel business (preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations.
• Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends).
• May require occasional travel to other store locations (if needed).

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team to create the best experience for our customer and deliver desired results. You also share the responsibility to execute assigned store operations and maintain a visually appealing store. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.
