Job Purpose

Ensure employee safety, product quality, and asset performance while leading a team of about 30 employees to meet production plans. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, performance management, and fostering cooperation across departments.

Primary Responsibilities

• Implement employee development plans, ensure training and SOP compliance.
• Maintain a safe work environment, ensure environmental and safety standards are met.
• Meet quality objectives through GMPs, sanitation audits, and food safety checks.
• Coach employees for performance, review targets, and support continuous improvement.
• Maintain smooth operations, including equipment maintenance and product launches.

Supervision

Reports to Production Manager, Shift Manager, or Operations Manager. Manages staff, controls absenteeism, develops skills, and maintains records.

Impact and Competencies

• Deliver production on time, within budget, and with quality.
• Lead with results focus, teamwork, integrity, and proactive cooperation.

Behaviors and Environment

Must be adaptable, communicative, team-oriented, performance-driven, and hands-on. Work involves exposure to humid, noisy environments, allergens, and mechanical equipment.

Compensation and Equal Opportunity
