Job summary

Tempur Sealy International in Denver, CO, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a department in the manufacturing process, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time output. You will coordinate daily activities, monitor performance, and maintain records.

The role requires at least a high school diploma, 2 years of supervisory experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A related degree or certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of supervisory experience is required.
• Capable working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other data-entry programs.
• Bachelor's degree, associate degree, or certification in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a specific department and team within the production process.
• Coordinate the team’s activities to accomplish the established production and safety goals.
• Manage and inspect the team’s output to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Maintain time and production records.
• Estimate production material needs and manage inventory.
• Teach the team company safety policies and enforce all safety regulations with a goal of zero incidents.
• Collaborate with the team and management to identify and implement ways to improve production and safety.
• Help to mediate and resolve conflicts within the team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
