The Production Supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing and leading a team of direct labor associates in the manufacture and assembly of products, components, and parts for custom ambulance emergency vehicles. This position has great emphasis on highly skilled processes, complex assemblies, and testing. The Production Supervisor, under the direction of the Director of Operations, is responsible for establishing required staffing levels, training, and developing personnel, managing employees’ schedules, completing annual employee performance reviews, setting departmental and individual performance objectives, and driving continuous improvement. The supervisor works closely with supporting departments – Engineering, Human Resources, Maintenance, Purchasing, Quality, Safety, and Sales to meet overall performance objectives. The Supervisor must also lead the team in safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The pay scale for newly hired employees in this position at this location in California is between $68,640 - $92,500. This is based on meeting all of the requirements of the role. The base pay offered for the role may vary depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We are proud to offer competitive benefits in addition to competitive pay.
