Electronic Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the efficient operation of the assembly and test areas, and establishing, implementing, and directing quality assurance efforts to ensure that requirements for processing components and other materials into finished goods conform to quality standards.
Brief Description of Job Duties :
The applicant MUST have the following qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, including direct supervision of production teams (10–20 personnel)
Knowledge of electronic and electromechanical manufacturing methods, including efficient manufacturing techniques aligned with published workmanship standards such as IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001
Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills
Ability to manage a diverse group of production personnel
Effective team-building and interpersonal relationship skills
Proficient with ERP software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interface with internal departments
The WANTS for this position are :
Familiarity with Empower or similar Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software
Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Experience in working in a small company environment
Experience with Crystal Reports
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Exposure to Lean Manufacturing techniques and process improvements
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing production schedules and priorities
This job requires working 1st shift from 6 AM - 3 : 30 PM based on a 9 / 80 work schedule.
