Carrington Mortgage Services is seeking a supervisor to oversee staff performing pre-foreclosure diligence and compliance tasks in Salt Lake City. You will ensure timely action, audit readiness, and adherence to FDCPA while partnering with other teams to improve efficiency.
Required is knowledge of loss mitigation, mortgage software, and strong reporting skills, with 1–3 years in collections or pre-foreclosure supervision. Equal opportunity employer.
Oversee and monitor employees’ performance to ensure adherence to post NOI Pre-Foreclosure due-diligence, audit requirements and timelines are consistently met, and conformity to policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvement strategies. Perform all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The approved target pay range for this position is $67,400-$72,400/year.
