The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of supervisory manufacturing experience and knowledge of Six Sigma, SPC, and Lean Manufacturing, with strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, SPC, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an independent or team approach.
• Effective leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent time management and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises equipment and personnel to optimize safety, quality, productivity and spoilage.
• Communicates information between departments and shifts on changes to equipment, production schedules, and problems.
• Identifies solutions and implements repairs on machinery and equipment problems.
• Provides on-the-job training and coaching as needed.
• Applies knowledge of production processes to improve plant output.
• Manages machinery activities and inspections to ensure standards compliance.
• Completes documentation such as job progressions, disciplinary actions, attendance, and process control sheets.
• Performs other related duties as required.
