The Supervisor, Planning & Campaign Excellence leads a team of Specialists to ensure Locality campaigns are strategically planned, operationally sound, and flawlessly executed. The Supervisor balances day-to-day RFP and campaign support with leadership responsibilities - setting clear expectations, providing coaching, training, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all work. This role serves as the first escalation point for campaign planning issues and is accountable for both team performance and client outcomes within their assigned region or business unit. The Supervisor also drives process adherence, ensures system accuracy across LocalX and connected platforms, and contributes to continuous workflow improvement.
Compensation for the role includes a competitive base salary in the range from $70,000-72,000 in addition to a commission bonus structure (dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset), and an excellent benefits package (including but not limited to health care benefits, retirement benefits and paid days off).
