Supervisor Physician Assistant - OB/PA Services - Rotating - NYP Westchester Campus

Join our team as a Supervisor Physician Assistant in the OBGYN Service Line at NYP Westchester. This role involves managing daily operations of the PA team, providing supervision and clinical oversight, and ensuring compliance with policies and credentialing guidelines. The supervisor will foster a positive work environment, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate on scheduling, recruitment, training, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage day-to-day operations of the PA team in OB/GYN.
2. Supervise and provide clinical oversight of staff.
3. Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and credentialing guidelines.
4. Create and maintain staff schedules, including managing overtime.
5. Recruit, hire, and train staff.
6. Conduct performance reviews and monitor metrics.
7. Collaborate with supervising MD and Chief PA on staffing and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus up to one year of postgraduate coursework or internship.
• Degree in Certified Physician Assistant.
• Current NYS licensure and NCCPA certification.
• DEA registration number.
• Minimum of five years of experience.

Additional Details

This is a full-time position with rotating 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, based at NYP Westchester in Bronxville.

All roles require on-site presence; employees should reside within a commutable distance to NYP. Travel expenses are not reimbursed.
