Sonic Healthcare USA is hiring a phlebotomist to join our Laboratory Operations team. This full-time role provides patient-focused care, performs venipuncture across ages, and ensures proper specimen handling from collection to test order.

You will work in a fast-paced setting with an emphasis on safety, accuracy, and confidentiality. The position offers comprehensive benefits, paid time off, holidays, and a generous 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

In this role, you will:

All you need is:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and data entry skills

Bonus points if you’ve got:

• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians
