HSHS is seeking a Supervisor-Pharmacy Support Services at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL. The role involves directing pharmacy support staff, supervising technicians, and ensuring timely access to medications for patients and clinicians.

$26.80 - $40.20. A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.
The Supervisor-Pharmacy Support Services provides direct supervision of pharmacy support staff and managing the activities assigned to the pharmacy and location, including overseeing daily pharmacy technician operations to ensure patient care needs are met. Ensures that patients and clinicians have timely access to medications and other pharmacy support staff have the resources and training necessary to perform their jobs effectively. This role will be responsible for helping guide efficient purchasing and distribution of medications, assisting with 340B optimization and analytics (for 340B facilities), and other pharmacy technician duties as assigned.
