Job summary

Southern TN Regional Health System – Pulaski, part of Lifepoint Health, seeks a Pharmacy Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care at the Pulaski campus.

You will supervise staff, coordinate staffing, and coach and assess performance while ensuring compliance with policies and delivering reliable pharmacy services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
• Applicable work experience may be used in lieu of education.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.

How you’ll contribute
