Job summary

Southern TN Regional Health System - Pulaski is seeking a Supervisor, Pharmacy to lead daily staff operations within the pharmacy department. You will supervise assigned staff, coordinate staffing, and ensure service levels meet patient care standards.

Responsibilities include coaching, training, performance evaluations, and enforcing policies to sustain high-quality clinical operations. This role emphasizes collaboration, compliance, and continuous staff development at a key Pulaski site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred.
• Experience leading hospital/clinical staff is a plus.
• Strong understanding of policies, procedures and quality standards.

• Directs orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring of staff.

How you'll contribute
Supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function.

• Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff. Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Assesses and ensures quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs.
• Ensures staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Performs staff responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels.
