McLaren Port Huron is seeking an experienced Nursing Supervisor for the Intensive Care Unit. You will guide and mentor ICU staff, coordinate staffing, and optimize patient flow while ensuring adherence to hospital policies and quality standards.
Responsibilities include acting as a liaison among nursing units and ancillary departments, documenting incidents, and facilitating continuous improvement in patient care and safety on the shift. Strong leadership and clinical expertise are essential.
