Join us as a Supervisor Patient Access at Jefferson Health. This role oversees daily registration functions within Patient Access, ensuring proper staffing, promoting a positive patient experience, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise registration processes for efficiency and compliance.
2. Manage staffing schedules and resource allocation.
3. Handle on-site operations including payroll, attendance, and deposit reconciliation.
4. Respond to patient complaints and stakeholder concerns.
5. Participate in interviewing, hiring, and training new staff.
6. Evaluate staff performance and provide mentorship.
7. Ensure adherence to regulatory and institutional protocols.
8. Achieve team performance metrics and complete quality assurance reviews.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in healthcare or business administration required; 5 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 2 years of patient registration experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and familiarity with healthcare EHR systems like EPIC or Cerner.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
