Johns Hopkins Medicine is seeking a Pathologist Assistant for their Baltimore location. This full-time position involves managing department operations and ensuring compliance with standards in pathology.
Candidates must have a Master's degree with Pathologist Assistant training or a Bachelor's degree in related sciences, along with ASCP certification. This position offers a competitive salary range of $54.35 to $95.15 per hour based on experience.

Graduation from a Master's Program with a Pathologist Assistant Training program and ASCP BOR certified (or ASCP BOR exam eligible)
or
completion of a Bachelor’s degree with a major or minor or equivalent in any of the biological or allied health sciences, and ASCP BOR certified or exam eligible is preferred. (Must meet minimum education requirements for high complexity testing per CLIA).
Work requires 5 years of progressive laboratory experience to acquire a foundation of knowledge and familiarity with the scope of laboratory operations. A minimum of 3 years of supervisory or management experience is preferred.
Must be a certified Pathologist Assistant (ASCP) or other pathology recognized certification.

Minimum 54.35/hour - Maximum 95.15/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
