Favorite Daughter, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to own store operations, lead the stock team, ensure seamless back-of-house processes, and keep the sales floor stocked to brand standards.

You will coach a fast-paced team, manage shipments, and partner with leadership to maintain audit-ready stockrooms and smooth customer service. This is a hands-on leadership role with real impact on daily store performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of stock, operations, or retail experience, with supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management — you keep multiple priorities moving at once.
• Comfort with inventory systems, POS, and the basics of Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work a full retail schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• The strength to lift and carry 50+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Own the flow of merchandise — overseeing shipment receiving, unpacking, processing, and product placement
• Keep the stockroom, storage, and shipping/receiving areas organized, efficient, and audit-ready
• Manage inventory accuracy through counts, transfers, and RTVs, flagging discrepancies early
• Partner with store leadership to make sure the sales floor is always stocked and set to brand standards
• Back up the sales team by getting them product quickly and efficiently during peak times
• Support opening and closing operations, including receiving logistics and back‑of‑house readiness
• Uphold Loss Prevention and safety standards across all stockroom and operational processes
• Greet and engage customers when on the sales floor, and model professionalism for the team

We’re looking for an Operations Supervisor to own that operation — leading the stock team, keeping the back ofhouse humming, and making sure the sales floor always has what it needs to shine.
