Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Texas facility. The role focuses on labor management, planning, and ensuring productivity and service goals are met.

You will conduct staff meetings, train and evaluate warehouse staff, and maintain high motivation and customer satisfaction levels to support efficient distribution processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years experience in logistics/distribution/relevant environment.
• 1 year experience in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• RF Scanners WMS Functions experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good organizational and personnel skills.
• Good leadership, supervision, and planning skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
