FIRST STUDENT MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day bus operations, supervise maintenance coordination, and ensure fueling readiness. This role prioritizes safety, route supervision, and adherence to DOT requirements while supporting the Location Manager with essential paperwork and scheduling.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in transportation, strong supervisory and communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

In this role you will focus on supervising day to day operations of our buses. As well as schedule the maintenance and fueling of the buses! Salary: $50-53k/yr, based on experience Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 hour day shift (8 hours between the times of 4:30am and 7pm)
