Southwire Company is seeking a Supervisor, Operations to coordinate and supervise daily production activities in a manufacturing environment. You will lead a technical team, set priorities, assign tasks, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across shifts.

Supervisor, Operations coordinates and supervises the daily operational activities of a production or technical team to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality completion of work. Leads and develops a group of skilled employees by setting priorities, assigning tasks, and ensuring goals are met according to business and safety standards. Implements policies, procedures, and operational best practices to maintain workflow continuity and resource optimization. Collaborates with other supervisors and departments to resolve challenges, drive continuous improvement, and maintain operational excellence. Receives guidance from management while exercising sound judgment in daily decision-making and staff direction.
Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma
Years of Experience: 5-7 Years
