Supervisor of Secondary Education - Part Time - Behavioral Health

Responsibilities:

• Manage school operations, including program planning, staff and student scheduling, supervision, and evaluation of student IEPs.
• Participate in budget formation, oversee payroll, supplies, and compliance with federal and state programs.
• Coordinate facility use, conduct safety drills, and oversee maintenance needs.
• Manage staffing, personnel issues, and assist with hiring, promotions, and terminations.
• Collaborate with other departments and support communication with families and community entities.
• Maintain knowledge of NJ Administrative Code and student records management.
• Assist with program development, disciplinary actions, and professional development activities.
• Oversee Behavior Intervention Plans and educational planning.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Principal, Supervisor, or Teacher.
• NJDOE Principal Certificate or Eligibility.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
