We are hiring a Supervisor of Project and Reliability Engineering at our Pasadena, TX, and Deer Park, TX Asian food plants. In this role, you will oversee large-scale capital projects and improve equipment reliability, focusing on enhancing asset availability and supporting your reliability team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineering projects, ensuring design, budgets, schedules, and execution align, in collaboration with our corporate engineering team.
• Contribute to capital requests and cash-flow forecasts; manage expenses, select equipment, and oversee project timelines.
• Improve manufacturing instructions, preventative maintenance plans, and reliability standards.
• Support PDM and RCM methodologies, including SAP PM, Planning & Scheduling, Red Zone, and Wonderware MES Systems.
• Develop and support your reliability team members, ensuring they are well-equipped.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering preferred; equivalent experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Reliability engineer/technician is acceptable.
• 5+ years of relevant experience supervising engineering projects and supporting multi-unit operations with capital spends up to $1 million.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to involve hourly operators and mechanics in projects.
• Proficiency with CAD, understanding of engineering standards, with Six Sigma knowledge preferred.

The salary range is $81,750 - $136,250 annually, with a 10% incentive bonus based on performance. We offer comprehensive benefits focusing on health, retirement, time off, and wellbeing.
