Job summary

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a full-time Supervisor of Distribution II to join our distribution center team in the RDC. This role oversees the Breakpack department on the 2B shift, Tuesday - Friday 5:00p - 3:30a, and coordinates all distribution operations to maximize productivity and quality.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent, plus 3–5 years of DC management experience and knowledge of distribution systems. Retail experience is preferred.

• Assignment of special projects that relate to the business and/or operations.

DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a full-time Supervisor of Distribution II to join our distribution center team in the RDC.

This role will support the Breakpack department within the DC on the 2B shift Tuesday - Friday 5:00p - 3:30a

Supervisor of Distribution II are directly accountable for providing service to the retail stores by coordinating all aspects of operational responsibilities through the distribution center. Position impacts company profitability through maximizing productivity, efficiencies, and quality through the distribution center operations. Position is responsible for making work flow decisions in the absence of a manager.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

Targeted Pay Range: $54,600.00 - $90,900.00. This is part of a competitive total rewards package that could include other components such as: incentive, equity and benefits. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
