Russellville School District is seeking a seasoned administrator to serve as Supervisor of Alternative Programs at the Secondary Learning Center. The role oversees program instruction, staff hiring, supervision, and evaluation, and partners with campus leaders to meet diverse student needs.

Responsibilities include budgeting, reporting, curriculum oversight, and coordinating referrals, with emphasis on effective programs, professional development, and collaboration with community partners.

Formación

• Master's degree in Education required.
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Oversight of Alternative Education programs and systems.
• Hiring, supervising, training, and evaluating personnel.
• Collaborate with district and campus leaders to develop programs that meet needs of students with alternative learning needs.
• Participate in professional development meetings and conferences to enhance leadership.
• Oversee instruction and curriculum of the programs.
• Maintain reports, records and other required documents according to regulations.
• Implement and maintain an effective referral process.
• Maintain fiscal reports and submit to state and district as required.
• Develop budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Oversee processes of student intake, evaluation, goal setting, and monitoring progress.
• Establish a system of referring students to other entities for further assistance.
• Collaborate with community stakeholders and partners.
