Description

A supervisory position responsible for independently coordinating and directing complex and specialized clinic and infusion operational duties and staff. Accountable for the optimization of the clinic support service workflow. Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the support processes and procedures required in support of a clinical department. Assists in formulating strategies for monitoring and assuring quality and quality improvement. Responsible for hiring and disciplinary processes in conjunction with the Senior Director. Performs annual performance evaluations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Nursing from an accredited school.

  • Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License

  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

  • Upon hire: Chemotherapy Certification

  • Within 6 months (180 days) of hire: Oncology Certified Nurse certification

  • 2 years In oncology out-patient clinical area of nursing with demonstrated clinical knowledge and leadership qualities.

  • Experience as a Charge Nurse.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Upon hire: IV Certification
