The Nurse-Family Partnership Program at the Baylor Teen Health Clinic is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead and support a team of Nurse Home Visitors and Administrative Staff. This role involves overseeing recruitment, training, supervision, and performance management while ensuring fidelity to the Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) model. The Nurse Supervisor will also perform occasional home visits, coordinate quality improvement strategies, and collaborate with community advisory boards. Ideal candidates will bring strong clinical leadership and a passion for serving high-risk, low-income populations.
The ideal candidate will have experience with high-risk populations, and also demonstrate strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in maternal-child health, pediatrics, or mental health is especially valuable due to the sensitive and complex nature of the client population served. This position also demands a high degree of accountability for maintaining data accuracy, quality improvement practices, and active community engagement. A background in public health or a Master’s degree in a health-related field would further support program goals and long-term impact.
