The University of California San Francisco is seeking a CRNA Supervisor to oversee nurse anesthetists, ensuring effective patient care and compliance with regulations. The CRNA Supervisor supervises nurse anesthetists, ensuring safe and effective patient care. Serves as a role model and expert clinician. Assists with the administration and management of personnel, fiscal, and material resources.
The supervisor schedules and coordinates the activities of nurse anesthetists engaged in administering anesthetics during surgical procedures. Monitors the effects of anesthesia, drugs, techniques, and patient reactions. Develops, recommends, and implements procedures for anesthetic administration. Requires certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
The CRNA supervisor acts as a liaison between CRNA staff and perioperative departments, nursing, and other staff.

The salary range for this position is $187,300 - $454,700 (Annual Rate).
