Job summary

Nike Factory Store in Wrentham, MA is hiring a Retail Supervisor (Specialist) to lead store operations, deliver top customer service, and mentor team members in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time, 34–40 hours per week with nights and weekends, and pays an hourly rate of $21.50–$27.95. Candidates should have at least 1 year of retail experience and be 18 or older.

• Must be at least 18 (U.S)
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $21.50 to $27.95. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
