Nike Factory Store Somerville is seeking a Retail Supervisor who will lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will guide service standards, help customers find the right products, and support daily operations in a busy Nike retail setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old in the U.S.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed
• Provide authentic customer service to ensure customers feel seen and understood
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing ladders and standing for long periods

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about Nike products and services to support customer needs
• Bring a positive attitude to teammates and customers daily
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed expectations throughout their journey
• Operate cash register, shipping, receiving, stocking, and display building as needed
• Attend store events and support team efforts

Job description

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $21.50 to $27.95. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
