Job summary

Nike is hiring a Retail Overnight Supervisor for the Nike Factory Store Woodbury in Central Valley, NY. This full-time role (34–40 hours weekly) includes nights and weekends with an overnight shift from 9pm to 6am and an hourly pay rate of $21.50–$27.95.

The position emphasizes leading a team, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting customers in choosing the right products while maintaining store standards and operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 (U.S).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodations.
