Job summary

Nike is hiring a Retail Supervisor for our Nike Factory Store in Orange, CA. This full-time role (34–40 hours weekly) includes nights and weekends. Starting pay is $23.00/hour with benefits and opportunities for growth. You’ll lead a high-volume team, ensure exceptional service, and help customers find the right products.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 (U.S).
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, excited, and knowledgeable about NIKE products to support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step.
• Operate a cash register and assist with stocking and displays.
• Attend store events and support the team.
