Job summary

Nike Savannah Nike Factory Store is seeking a Retail Supervisor to guide day-to-day customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll work with a team to ensure an exceptional shopping experience and help customers find their ideal Nike products.

The role emphasizes leadership, product familiarity, and a positive attitude, with opportunities to contribute to events and stock/visual displays as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest Nike products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include standing for extended periods and store duties.

• Must be at least 18 (U.S)
• Must be at least 16 (U.K.)
