Job summary

Nike Desert Ridge in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Retail Supervisor to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll guide a diverse team, uphold Nike’s Service Principles, and ensure the store meets sales and experience goals.

This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, plus a willingness to learn about the latest Nike products and technologies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on latest products and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, knowledgeable about Nike products and services to support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey.
• Operate a cash register, shipping and receiving duties, stocking products, and building visual displays.
