Job summary

Nike Factory Store in Seaside, OR is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a high-volume, fast-paced team and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll manage daily store operations, lead by example, handle cash and displays, and help customers find their perfect pair.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 1 year retail or consumer service experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to learn and train on latest products and technologies.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, knowledgeable about NIKE products and services to support customers.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Operate a cash register, stocking, shipping/receiving duties and build displays.
• Collaborate with teammates and participate in store events.
