Job summary

Nike Store in San Jose seeks a Retail Supervisor to lead customer-focused service and store operations. As a Specialist, you will guide the team to deliver an exceptional consumer journey and maintain engaging product displays in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will be responsible for modeling NIKE Service Principles, driving sales, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for customers while collaborating with teammates.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies.
• Physical requirements include bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for extended periods.

Job description

The hourly rate for this position ranges from $22.50 to $29.25. Actual pay rate will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
